These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Everyday Home Solutions website and to orders submitted through our store.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate information required to process your order.

Products and Information

We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability.

Some product information and media may originate from suppliers. We review information before publication, but supplier details, availability and packaging may occasionally change.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The selling price displayed by Everyday Home Solutions at the time of ordering is the store price applicable to that order, subject to confirmation where there has been an obvious technical, pricing or availability error.

Any comparison or previous price displayed as an old price is intended to be shown only where it has been verified under our store process.

Orders

Submitting an order creates an order request for processing.

We may contact the customer to verify order information, availability or delivery details before dispatch.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch where a product becomes unavailable, customer information cannot reasonably be verified, a clear pricing or technical error has occurred, or fulfilment is not possible.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available where displayed.

Any additional payment method is available only when explicitly enabled by Everyday Home Solutions with valid payment instructions.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Delivery Policy and to supplier and courier availability.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return, replacement and refund requests are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Third-Party Suppliers and Services

Everyday Home Solutions may source products or use fulfilment and logistics services provided by third parties, including products available through Markaz and independent courier partners.

References to a supplier or fulfilment provider do not mean that Everyday Home Solutions is the official website of that third party.

Customers who place an order on Everyday Home Solutions should contact Everyday Home Solutions for assistance with that order unless instructed otherwise.

Product Availability

Stock and supplier availability may change. We reserve the right to contact the customer if fulfilment becomes unavailable before dispatch.

Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and order information. False or incomplete information may prevent successful processing or delivery.

Acceptable Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

The Everyday Home Solutions website design, original text, branding and original media remain protected by applicable rights.

Third-party product names, trademarks and supplier media remain the property of their respective owners.

No Official Affiliation Claim

Where a supplier, marketplace, courier or brand is mentioned, such reference is used only where relevant to sourcing, fulfilment or product information and should not be interpreted as an endorsement or official partnership unless explicitly stated.

Limitation and External Events

Delivery or fulfilment may sometimes be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier delays, weather, public restrictions or other external circumstances.

These Terms are intended to operate under the applicable laws of Pakistan.
